Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Sales Representative with prior IT knowledge to drive retail sales of our IT products in the Saudi region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive retail sales of IT products in the Saudi market.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including retail stores, electronics shops, and online retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers to showcase the features and benefits of our IT products.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales of IT products.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, including computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, accessories, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
