As we continue to expand our presence in the Saudi market, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Sales Representative with prior IT knowledge to drive retail sales of our IT products in the Saudi region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track KPIs for the company across departments.
  • Lead analytics projects or other projects related to extracting data with the purpose of deriving insights that support the company.
  • Develop strategies for successful data analysis and reporting.
  • Implement data analytical tools and statistics to produce actionable insights.
  • Find business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Craft reports on findings and makes concise presentations to management.
  • Keep in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Develop a data warehouse with the technology department to manage and store data efficiently.
  • Measure, track, and review the performance of projects.
  • Assists with other projects as required.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to improve decision-making processes.
  • Develop and oversee the generation of reports and performance dashboards, as well as their distribution.
  • Manage cross-company strategy implementation initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collect data, set measurements, and benchmarks, and assess data effectiveness, collaborate with finance and operational staff.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases by assisting in their development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales of IT products.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, including computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, accessories, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
