As we continue to expand our presence in the Saudi market, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Sales Representative with prior IT knowledge to drive retail sales of our IT products in the Saudi region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Organize sales operations for a region or division

-Set sales policies and procedures

Lead a sales team in finding new business and building relationships with clients

-Set sales direction and goals for new product lines

-Negotiate sales contracts

Analyze sales data

-Create sales forecasts and set revenue targets for staff

-Recruit, train and manage staff

-Plan direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments

-Organize regional and divisional sales operations

-Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales

-Determine strategic planning related to new product lines

-Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts

-Recruit, organize, train and manage staff

-May work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales of IT products.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, including computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, accessories, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
